Just a 50-minute speedboat trip or a 90-minute ferryboat ride from Phuket, these picture postcard islands offer the ultimate tropical getaway. Featuring classic tropical beaches, stunning rock formations and vivid turquoise waters teeming with colourful marine life, it is paradise perfected.

Phi Phi is a group of six islands. The two main islands are Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh. The larger and inhabited Phi Phi Don attracts hundreds of visitors to stay on its lovely shores while the smaller uninhabited Phi Phi Leh hosts stunningly beautiful bays and beaches, including the world-famous Maya Bay, which was the set where The Beach (with Leonardo Di Caprio) was filmed.

The islands feature beaches and clear water that have had their natural beauty protected by National Park status. Picture perfect with classic white sandy beaches surrounded by impressive limestone cliffs and sunlit crystal water. Enjoy the beautiful beach. Dinner & Overnight stay in hotel.

PHUKET – KRABI

Day 4

KRABI
After breakfast proceed for Krabi 4 Island tour with lunch.

Just off the coast of Krabi at Ao Nang, the 4 Islands are the closest and easiest way to get a true idea of what a tropical Island is. If you only visit one place in Krabi, then these Islands must be right there at the top of the list. The water at the Islands just has to be seen to be believed, on a sunny day, there is a bright turquoise ring of water around the Islands, which suddenly changes to a really deep ocean blue as the seafloor drops away to deeper water.

The Four Islands that make up the 4 Island tour are:

Koh Gai - Translates to Chicken Island, named because, believe it or not, it is shaped like a chicken, from the right angle, it really does!

Koh Tup - Koh Tup is only a few hundred meters from Koh Gai and, along with Koh Mawr, is linked to Chicken Island by a sand bar that is above the surfaces at low tide. This sandbar is known in Thai as the Talay Whak.

Koh Mawr - The third in the group, it’s a small rocky Island with cliffs jutting out of the sea and lush legatation on top.

Koh Poda - This is another large Island with a coconut plantation at the center. The boats all park at one end of a long beach where you can find toilets and some kiosks selling snacks, mostly Thai food like bbq'd chicken and SomTam (papaya salad) and fruit and drinks and ice creams. This part of the beach can get quite busy, but you can walk for about 20 minutes down the beach, it’s really well worth the walk and you will almost certainly find sections of completely empty beach.

Dinner & overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5

KRABI – BANKOK
After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Airport to catch the flight. Arrive at Bangkok. Rest of the day is free for own. Dinner & overnight stay.

Day 6

BANGKOK – KOLKATA
After breakfast check out from hotel & proceed for City & temple tour of Bangkok.

This is one of the most popular tours, and it gives guests a rich insight into Buddhism, architecture and the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Two of the capital’s most stunning temples are visited including:

Wat Traimit, this houses the world’s largest solid gold Buddha (5.5 tonnes of precious metal!). It is a fine example of Sukhothai art and was discovered by chance from a layer of stucco during construction of the temple.

Wat Pho, this is the oldest temple in Bangkok and houses the Reclining Buddha, a 45-metre-long statue which depicts Buddha entering Nirvana. Wat Pho is also ‘‘Thailand’s first university’’ and houses a wealth of art. It is still an important centre for traditional medicine, such as massage.

In the evening transfer to Airport.
